With more than 25 years of recruiting experience behind her, Emma knows what employers and companies are looking for in CVs and interviews.

She has directly recruited candidates for a number of wide-ranging businesses, including Sony, Channel 4, MTV, Virgin, Warner Bros, Universal, Estée Lauder, Topshop, Saatchi, Conran, Ogilvy & Mather, Michael Aukett Architects and Wolff Olins Design.

Since 2005, Emma has used her insider knowledge to motivate young people to own their futures, delivering unique one-to-one sessions, as well as dynamic, practical workshops in secondary schools.

A proud parent of two grown-up sons, Emma previously served as a school governor for 8 years. She is based in rural Oxfordshire.
